Item(s) are to be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

After goods are received & quality checked your refund will be credited to the original payment method. We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receipt.

It takes up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in our account depending on your bank / card issuer.

Please note a returns fee of £1.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is to cover our costs as a small, independent brand. Thank you for your understanding.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.

If you have ordered from Debenhams (including Debenhams brands such as Boohoo) or Matalan, returns must be sent back to us using the returns link provided on the return section in the relevant 3rd party platform.

Please note 3rd party platforms refunds can take up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.
